Boxing
Parkinson’s boxing classes are non-combat workouts designed to boost hand-eye coordination, agility, strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Each session includes warm-ups, stretching, punching speed and heavy bags, footwork drills, and fun agility exercises to keep you moving and feeling great!

Thrive in Motion: Parkinson Class
Take charge of Parkinson’s with a class designed to challenge both body and mind. This is more than exercise – it’s targeted training participants to move better, feel stronger and live with confidence.
This is a chair-based dynamic movements for joints, spine and feet. Focus on controlled strength-building exercises with emphasis on breathing and posture training for alignment and stability.

Aqua Fit
Water is an excellent exercise medium for anyone with the diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease (PD). Water’s buoyancy supports muscles, enhances balance, coordination and posture. Aqua Fit increases both range of motion and overall mobility. Truly an enjoyable class for all fitness levels.

Pickleball is a low-impact sport that can be beneficial for people with Parkinson’s disease because it can improve balance, coordination, fine motor skills and cognitive function. Pickleball can inprove mood and reduce fatigue and it is a social sport that eveyrone can enjoy.

Deep Release: Unwind & Align
This full mat-based class is designed for people with Parkinson’s who want to unlock stiffness, restore alignment and move with greater ease.
Through long-held fascial stretches and mindful breathing, participants will experience a deep release on the body that improves flexibility, posture and circulation.

In partnership with SL Hunter SpeechWorks, we are introducing this evidence-based program designed specifically to help individuals with Parkinson’s strengthen and improve their voices. Loud and Clear is a scientifically proven approach that supports clearer, more confident communication.
