Dynamic Movement
This class will be a chair based movement class, focusing on mobility!
It will incorporate dynamic controlled movement while we move the joints, spine and feet through their active ROM.( range of motion). We will also focus on breathing and finding a stacked position of ribs over pelvis for posture control and the class will finish with a mindfulness practice and longer held postures that have a specific target area.

Dancing With Passion
